* We will reimburse at funding up to $350 for Appraisals on urban residential homes with a committed Mortgage Amount of $100,000 or greater for Standard Rates and $300,000 or greater for Special Rates.
- Appraisals must be an underwriting requirement.
- Appraisals must be ordered by the company to ensure use of an approved Appraiser.
- Appraisals must be completed for the express purpose of obtaining mortgage financing.
- Only one Appraisal will be reimbursed per mortgage transaction.
- Mortgage Commitment and Agent Agreement must be completed prior to ordering of Appraisal.
- Residential property must located within the boundaries of a town/city with population of not less than 15,000
- Certain surcharges may not be covered by reimbursesment, incl. extended travel, missed appts. & water-front property.
