The information, rates, and calculators provided on this website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or mortgage advice. Nothing on this site should be construed as an offer or commitment to lend. Rates shown are subject to change without notice and are based on approved credit, qualifying income, and other lender criteria. You should consult a licensed mortgage professional before making any financial decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RateStreet Financial Ltd. and its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes without limitation any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
